About the role
Impress from the very first hello as a Client Relationship Officer within our Client Success Team, playing a key role in welcoming clients to Superyou.
As a Client Relationship Officer, you'll guide clients
through the enquiry, referral and onboarding process with empathy, efficiency,
ensuring a smooth start to their journey with us. You understand how to balance
process with people and always keep client experience front and centre. You
will work closely with the Client Success, clinician and broader Superyou teams
to support a seamless handover into Superyou services - so clients feel
supported from day one.
As a crucial member of our team, you'll:
- Respond
to enquiries with warmth, clarity and support - Support
referrals and onboarding with a client-first approach - Communicate
with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly - Contribute
to implementing and improving processes - Provide
support across the Client Success team managing phone enquiries, email
inbox management and other location coverage as required - Be
part of a friendly and well supported team that makes a real difference
from the first hello - This
role reports to the Team Leader, Client Success

- Strong
experience in admin and customer service - Australian
Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle - NDIS
Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain it - Industry
experience is well regarded, but not essential
