The Opportunity

SyncUp has partnered with a leading commercial builder in Perth with a strong reputation for delivering landmark projects. With an expanding portfolio of work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major builds while managing teams, budgets, and client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
  • Lead and coordinate project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators, and subcontractors
  • Monitor budgets, programs, and resourcing to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong track record delivering projects $10M–$80M+ across sectors such as education, health, retail, or industrial
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of WA construction codes, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
