The Roles

We are looking for experienced Maintenance Carpenters and Plasterers to join our growing team as full-time employees. You'll work on a variety of insurance building projects, from storm and water damage repairs to small-scale maintenance works.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Attending residential and small commercial sites across Brisbane & Gold Coast
  • Performing insurance-related maintenance carpentry or plastering works
  • Patching, repairs, and replacements for damaged walls, ceilings, and structural elements
  • Working closely with our admin team for job scheduling and reporting
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Trade-qualified Carpenter or Plasterer
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in your trade
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • White Card and relevant trade licences
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
