Admin / Warehouse Assistant – $30/hr (incl super)

Casual role – approx. 10 hours per week | Mon, Tue & Wed | Flexible hours

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Admin / Warehouse Assistant to join our small team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is open to learning.

About Us

We are a sneaker wholesale and B2B trading business based in Epping (3076), supplying retailers and clients across Australia and the US. Our core focus is on sourcing, wholesaling, and distributing sneakers, while also handling a range of other lifestyle and B2B products. The work is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring accuracy, organisation, and flexibility. We're a growing business and value team members who are proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.

About the Role

This is a part-time casual role (approx. 10hrs per week), with flexible hours spread across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The position combines office administration tasks with occasional warehouse support. All tasks are teachable, so if you're organised, reliable, and willing to learn, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Administration (majority of role):

  • Sourcing and purchasing products
  • Managing and tracking shipments
  • Coordinating with suppliers and clients
  • Assisting with financial tracking and simple record-keeping
  • General admin support as required

Warehouse (occasional duties):

  • Assisting with basic pick & pack when needed
  • Helping maintain a tidy and organised workspace

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • No prior experience required – all training provided

Pay & Benefits

  • $30 per hour (including superannuation)
  • Flexible part-time hours (approx. 10 per week)
