We are seeking a skilled Client and Sales Administrator to support the client administrative aspects of our business and aid our growing team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. About the role

This Client and Sales Administrator role with Accident Car Hire , based in Mitcham, VIC, is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic professional services company. You will play a key role in supporting the business with a range of finance and administration responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administration support to the Accident Car Hire team via the preparation and issuing of claims forms in the CRM.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting organisation and document preparation for the Managing Director. Assisting with day-to-day financial processing (invoice and expense entry).
  • Acting as the primary contact for visitors, phone inquiries, and email communications.
  • Coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Handling confidential documentation, data entry, and general filing tasks.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes

Please note: This is a fully on-site position based at our Mitcham, VIC office. As a key point of connection across the business, your presence in the office is essential for building strong relationships with the team, supporting seamless communication, and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day operations. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,689.44 per year
