Perth, Western Australia West Coast Civil Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor agreements and supplier contracts.
  • Monitor, control, and forecast project costs and budgets.

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual and commercial issues.

  • Conduct cost analysis and reporting to support project decision-making.

  • Track and assess subcontractor performance and compliance.

  • Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial risks.

  • Provide regular commercial and cost reports to management.

  • Support tender preparation and procurement processes when required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineer, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor role within the civil construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standard contracts and procurement processes.

  • Proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and reporting systems.

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant construction software.
