We have an opening for a Trainee Concrete Plant Manager at our Gisborne site. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the construction materials industry, this is a great chance to join our close-knit team.

Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and entering concrete orders
  • Scheduling and allocating jobs
  • Supervising Concrete Agitator Drivers
  • Coordinating plant maintenance and performing basic upkeep
  • Batching and dispatching concrete
  • Managing raw material stocks
  • Upholding safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility standards
