About the role

Burgster', a dynamic and growing restaurant in Palm Beach QLD 4221, is seeking an experienced Chef to join their team. As a casual position, this role offers the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while contributing to the culinary success of our popular establishment.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to Burgster's high quality standards
  • Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow and high productivity
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • A passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes and an eye for detail
  • Adaptable and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain
