Located at Palm Beach on the beautiful Gold Coast, Tallebudgera Surf Club has recently completed a major multi-million-dollar renovation that has truly transformed the Club. The renovation includes a brand new state of the art kitchen which facilitates a full service restaurant, function rooms and a new café and beachside coffee shop.

An opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and proactive Prep Chef to join our team.

This role centres around large-batch production, where consistency, efficiency, and creativity are key. Think prepping and cooking premium ingredients.

We're looking for someone who thrives in organised, production-style kitchens, and is passionate about great food & flavours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-volume menu items with care, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Prep and cook ingredients for the restaurant and cafe
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety
  • Ensure daily production targets are met efficiently and with minimal waste
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and positive kitchen environment
  • Bulk Food Preparation & Food Packaging
  • Cleaning and Closing of the Prep Kitchen

All about you:

  • You have at least 2 years' experience as a prep Chef
  • Energetic attitude with a real passion for the hospitality industry
  • Highly organised and efficient
