We are seeking a dynamic,
Senior Cloud Consultant
with an AGSVA security clearance to provide chargeable services to clients in developing industry-specific systems mostly aligned to projects, consulting assignments, building, and installing turnkey business solutions.

This role requires a blend of technical, commercial and consulting skills.

Main Technologies: These technologies include but are not limited to:

  • Cyber security products and technologies
  • Cloud and Hybrid technologies, Primarily Azure
  • Networking technologies
  • Enterprise infrastructure and storage solutions
  • Scripting and automation
  • Application delivery practices
  • Windows / Linux Operating systems
  • Secure communications platform (email)
  • Microsoft 365 technologies

About You
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions on Azure.
  • Manage and monitor Azure resources, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services with applications.
  • Automate deployment processes using Azure DevOps and other tools.
  • Ensure cloud solutions meet security and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure.
  • Keep documentation up to date for all cloud-based systems and processes.
  • Support migration of on-premises applications to Azure.
  • Optimize costs associated with cloud usage by analysing resource utilization.
  • Being accountable for defined work assignments often involving immediate action or short-term planning of human and other resources.
  • Managing and mentoring (where necessary) a team of consultants.
  • Deliver to Fujitsu's Integrated Management System.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and its services.
  • NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Azure certifications like Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in business management, IT, systems integration consulting, design, coupled with a tertiary qualification.
  • 2+ years experience in consulting, engagement/project management, and/or business and resource management.
  • Recognised as leading expert in specialty area.
  • Analysis, communication, presentation ability.
  • Scheduling and strong documentation skills
