About the role

Farmfresh Fine Foods, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking experienced Food Production Operators to join our team in the Bundaberg & Wide Bay Burnett region of Queensland. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in our production operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of our diverse range of food products.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate various food processing equipment and machinery to prepare, manufacture, and package a variety of vegetable products
  • Adhere to strict quality control and food safety protocols throughout the production process
  • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and work areas
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
  • Perform other duties as required to support the overall efficiency of the production facility

  • Previous experience in a similar food production or manufacturing role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various production equipment
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and food safety
