Production Team Leader

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct production line setup and changeovers
  • Operate and supervise a production line within the plant to ensure quality of product is satisfactory
  • Complete production paperwork
  • Ensure production machinery is running smoothly
  • Supervise and/or work collaboratively as a team

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Experience working within the fast moving consumer goods industry (min 2 years)
  • Experience operationally working in a factory environment
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Relevant mechanical / engineering certification
  • Forklift license essential
  • Mixing/batching/blending experience advantageous
  • Understanding of how a production line operates
