Client Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Liaison Officer to join our Developments & Granny Flats team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction phase, from Site Start through to Handover.

Your responsibilities will include providing fortnightly progress updates, managing contract and construction queries, raising and processing variations, and ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date. You will also liaise closely with Site Supervisors, Drafting, Scheduling, and Accounts teams to keep clients informed, reassured, and supported at every stage.

About you

You are a client-focused professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• The ability to work effectively with clients and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in the residential construction industry will be highly regarded, but not essential. A strong interest in residential construction and a desire to build a career in this area will also be valued.
