The Position

Reporting to the
Supply Chain Manager
you will be accountable for managing the
warehouse, distribution and inventory
teams.

  • Manage people, operations and processes
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols - without exception
  • Monitor, manage and report inventory levels and stock turnover
  • Review, develop and implement processes and policies as required
  • Maintain accurate supply cycle to ensure consistent supply of products

The Requirements

  • Current experience managing a distribution centre in a FMCG environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality
  • Proven WMS and operations process flow and planning expertise
  • Accountability to support, manage and develop the distribution team
  • Reside in the Riverina or commitment to relocate
