Dental Hygienist/Therapist

At Smile Again Dental Clinic, we are passionate about providing high-quality, accessible dental care to the community, with a special focus on aged care and mobile services. We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Dental Hygienist / Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team
New Graduates are Welcomed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preventative dental care including scale and cleans, fluoride treatments, and oral health education
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored oral health treatment plans
- Deliver hygiene services to patients in-clinic and/or in aged care facilities (mobile services as required)
- Collaborate with dental prosthetists, dentists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with AHPRA and ADA standards
- Promote good oral hygiene and preventative care practices to patients of all ages
Requirements:
- Qualification in Dental Hygiene or Oral Health Therapy (accredited by an Australian university)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Professional indemnity insurance
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Drivers license and own transport preferred (for mobile services)
Desirable:
- Experience in aged care or mobile dental services
- Confidence in using dental software systems
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations (optional)
