Experienced Dental Assistant- Full-time

$26-$34 per hour

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our busy family-oriented clinic to assist in providing quality care for patients and deliver service with a smile

THE ROLE

  • Performing chairside dental assisting working alongside our friendly dentists and hygienists
  • Support the rest of the dental team with sterilising tasks to ensure the smooth running of the surgery
  • Assist in aspects of the front reception including taking accounts, scheduling appointments and answering the phones
  • Working together as a team to facilitate a productive working day

SKILLS

The successful applicant must have:

  • Self-motivation and drive to complete given tasks and be willing to work in a team
  • A positive outlook, have an encouraging personality and be able to show empathy and respect to patients and fellow staff members
  • Experience in a previous role will be helpful- a working knowledge of Exact is a bonus
  • A holder of a Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred but not essential
