Personal Training Manager – World Gym Mandurah

World Gym Mandurah is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated Personal Training Manager, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service by helping clients through fitness and health.

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Operating as a subcontractor within our facility, creating your own hours, managing your own clientele and growing your business.
  • Providing one-on-one personal training sessions.
  • Contributing to providing exceptional service to help our members achieve their health and fitness goals.

  • Conducting client check-ins and coaching.

  • Lead and develop the Personal Training team to achieve goals.

  • Conduct performance reviews and create development plans.

  • Drive PT revenue through effective sales strategies

  • Ensure outstanding client service aligned with World Gym standards.

  • Implement retention strategies to boost client engagement.

  • Maintain clean, organised training areas and equipment.

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Ensure trainer compliance, certification, and accurate client records.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be well presented, professional and an excellent communicator.
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships.
  • To be up to date with fitness trends within the industry.
  • Sound knowledge of strength and cardiovascular training, programming, etc.
  • The ability to bring energy, positivity, and enthusiasm to the club.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Fitness
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • ABN
  • Public Liability Insurance
