What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the quoting process: Prepare competitive quotes for new and existing export customers
  • Be the go-to pricing expert: Source and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, and overseas agents
  • Keep us ahead of the game: Update and maintain pricing in our database
  • Drive growth: Follow up on quotes, add new prospects to our CRM, and make outbound calls to potential leads

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3 years in freight forwarding (ideally with a small to medium-sized forwarder in Australia)
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incoterms, shipping containers, and airfreight
  • Personality: Energetic, approachable, and confident in building relationships
  • Bonus Points: Previous experience in sales or inside sales
