The Wagga Pool Shop is an exciting family run business servicing swimming pools and spas within the Riverina. Located in Wagga our business prides itself on customer service, pool knowledge and a friendly culture that is transferred to our customers both in store and at our customers houses. We provide regular maintenance and repairs of pools with a fleet of vehicles servicing the local area. Whist experience in the pool industry is beneficial its not necessary as training will be provided.

About the role:

As a Service Technician you will have or gain knowledge and experience in:

  • Pool cleaning and water balancing to a high standard
  • Installation of pumps, chlorinators, filters, heaters and other equipment associated with pool operation
  • Troubleshooting of all pool and spa equipment
  • Media changes, and green pool recoveries
  • Equipment repairs eg. pumps, chlorinators and pool cleaners
  • Travelling around Wagga and Riverina towns
  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Quotations

To be successful in the role you must:

  • Have industry experience and knowledge (preferred but not essential - training provided for the right person)
  • Be physically fit and able to lift pool supplies (eg. 20kg salt bags)
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Be well presented with good communication skills
  • Deliver high quality work
  • Hold a current drivers license and able to drive manual vehicles
