Join Our Team: Secretary for Leading Plastic Surgeon in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Secretary to join our dynamic practice, supporting both our Practice Manager and Surgeon in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role (Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm), perfect for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You'll be someone who thrives on organisation, takes initiative, and can anticipate the needs of others to ensure the smooth running of the practice each day.

What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Impeccable professional presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A warm, personable and approachable demeanour
Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and managing phone and email enquiries
  • Scheduling and coordinating pre- and post-operative appointments
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and external providers
  • Managing a complex diary with efficiency and accuracy
  • Providing an exceptional patient experience, both in person and over the phone
