
Global Sales Manager

Driving sales growth through existing partnerships and sourcing new business opportunities globally in line with the sales forecast for SUNNYLiFE's global wholesale division.
We're searching for an energetic sales professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing our existing international long-term partnerships and developing new business across multiple regions (AU, US, UK, EU).
What You'll Do:
- Develop key local and international long-term partnerships, covering different continents and time zones
- Develop strategies for growth in international markets to improve Sunnylife brand presence in countries where we have current partners and source new partners in countries where we are not represented
- Managing the planning and forecasting of sales targets, risk analysis, market share, and account assessments
- Establish effective communication between our international partners, our sales, design, and marketing departments, to evaluate and enhance performance
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and customer documents in line with SUNNYLiFE guidelines
- Monitor market conditions globally, including competitors
- Drive sales growth through new channels globally
- International travel is compulsory to enhance building relationships
Measures of performance
- Achieve and exceed annual sales forecasts in line with the company's growth strategy.
- Management of long-term partners and sourcing new partners in new territories with responsible selling practice to ensure YOY sustainable growth
You will have:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role with international sales
- Demonstrated sales experience with major retailers and distribution partners
- A strong, driven attitude, results-focused and responsive to goals and objectives
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Ability to interpret data, understand and negotiate contracts
- Collaborative mindset to contribute to the success of the wholesale team and company outcomes.
- Ability to work within the various time zones when applicable.
