About the Role

We're looking for a Case Manager who's confident on the phone, highly organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, office-based role located in our Mascot office, where you'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails - playing a key role in shaping the client experience and supporting day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

As you settle into the role, you'll take on a range of administrative tasks, including claim triaging, scheduling support, and maintaining accurate records across our systems and platforms.

You'll work closely with our wider operations team to help ensure everything stays on track and aligned with our clients' expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming client calls and emails, providing clear, calm and friendly support from first contact through to resolution
  • Triage and manage all new claims in our internal system (Prime), ensuring accuracy from the outset
  • Schedule appointments for Estimators and manage their day-to-day scheduling
  • Triage and assign make safe requests and specialist reports
  • Send out work orders, process invoices and handle other key admin tasks
  • Update job notes and maintain internal and client-facing records (client portals and Prime)
  • Support with document preparation, contract follow-ups, and general job progression
  • Respond to urgent issues or changing priorities as directed by your Team Leader or management
  • Provide administrative support across all areas of the business as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience handling high volumes of inbound work (calls, emails or portal message requests)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things can shift quickly
  • A friendly, helpful communication style - clients should feel heard and valued
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to getting things done
  • Good time management and confidence using phone systems, email and office software
  • Experience in the construction, insurance or property sector is a plus - but not essential
