About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Support Technician to join our growing team. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting clients, and working with data. You'll be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, helping users navigate our systems and ensuring the accuracy and quality of data across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient support to team members and producers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or data-related issues.
  • Maintain and update Excel-based reports, data sets, and records.
  • Assist with onboarding new users and providing clear product training.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation updates.

About You

You're organised, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills. You take pride in your accuracy and enjoy working independently to deliver reliable results.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in data validation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Understanding of the beef industry and its production systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or data management tools.
