We're looking for Customer Service, Sales & Device Technicians who are curious, motivated, and ready to learn. You'll be the face of PTC — serving customers, repairing devices, and bringing real solutions to life. We have casual, part-time and full-time opportunities available, including sponsorship opportunities for the right person.

What you'll do:

  • Bring technology back to life through smartphone and tablet repairs
  • Deliver exceptional service and genuine advice to every customer
  • Drive sales through connection, teamwork, and trust
  • Support your store team with daily operations and quality checks
  • Learn advanced repair techniques and sales skills with full training provided

What we're looking for:

  • A natural communicator who enjoys helping others
  • Strong interest in technology, gadgets, or device repair
  • Motivated, reliable, and eager to build new skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Valid Australian work rights (international students encouraged to apply)
