Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Groundskeeper at Harmony Early Education, located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying the grounds of our learning center, ensuring a safe and clean environment for children and staff. Daily tasks include lawn care, gardening, minor repairs, waste management, and monitoring outdoor play areas. The Groundskeeper will also assist in setting up and maintaining outdoor learning environments and activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care and gardening
• Basic knowledge of minor repairs and maintenance
• Ability to manage waste and recycling processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and operate gardening equipment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• A passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
