About the Role

Grove Racing is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven General Manager to lead the end-to-end commercial operations of our Supercars program.

This is a leadership role that owns the full commercial lifecycle — from sponsorship strategy and brand management, to merchandise, fan engagement, and event delivery.

You'll work closely with Grove Racing's team and external partners to ensure every commercial touchpoint is executed with excellence — and delivers real value to our fans and partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sponsorship strategy and secure long-term commercial partnerships
  • Deliver partner ROI across entitlements, hot laps, content, signage, activations, etc.
  • Oversee brand, content, and digital comms execution with external agencies
  • Lead Grove Racing's merchandise and membership programs
  • Deliver high-end hospitality and fan experiences on race weekends
  • Manage key vendors (merch, comms, hospitality, membership) to strategy and brand standards
  • Own the commercial budget and reporting metrics
  • Represent Grove Racing with professionalism and pride — both on and off the track

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially sharp with a track record in sponsorship, marketing or brand roles
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders — internal and external
  • Experienced in merchandise, hospitality, or sports marketing execution
  • Skilled at managing creative agencies and operational vendors
  • A fast mover, a problem-solver, and a leader who lifts those around them

Experience in motorsport or elite sport is highly valued — but not essential.
