As our Cost & Pricing Analyst, you’ll be the mastermind behind the systems and strategy that keep our pricing sharp, our costs transparent, and our materials flowing smoothly through the factory floor. You’ll own the data, tools, and insights that help everyone, from sales to supply chain, move faster, think smarter, and grow stronger. Here’s what you’ll be diving into: - ** Factory Costing & Profitability** - Material, labour, overhead—you’ll break it all down so we can understand exactly where value is created (and lost). - **Pricing Strategy & Tools** - You’ll own and evolve the pricing engine that drives our business. Governance, accuracy, transparency—it's all you. - **Material Planning & Procurement Support** - Help us forecast, plan, and optimise what we need, when we need it, so nothing holds up production. You’ll work closely with our GM of Finance and collaborate across Sales, Ops, Systems, and Supply Chain teams. This is a high-impact, full-time role where your work directly fuels growth, improves profitability, and helps us build better every day.
