Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team. This is your chance to take your Real Estate career to the next level, working in a role that's all about action, connection, and impact.

You won't be sitting behind a desk waiting for leads to land, you'll be out there actively growing our rent roll through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

Based out of our Northern Sunshine Coast office, you'll be minutes from the beach and part of a supportive, high-energy team that works collaboratively across the entire Sunshine Coast region.

The Opportunity:

  • Drive new Property Management business growth across both Northern and Southern Sunshine Coast
  • Self-generate leads, prospect landlords, and convert opportunities into long-term managements
  • Conduct property appraisals, open homes, and deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and referral partners

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in property management Business Development
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
  • Proven ability to self-generate, nurture, and close new business
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational ability
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
