We're seeking an experienced Accounts & Office Administrator who can also provide customer service support in this newly created role. This role suits someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident in both bookkeeping and day-to-day office coordination. If you're comfortable managing accounts, answering phones, and assisting with scheduling, this could be the perfect fit. This would be great for somebody who enjoys creating processes and procedures as you can really make your mark 

What You'll Do

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate financial records
  • Oversee general office administration (filing, data entry, invoicing, record-keeping)
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures (we are a growing business so somebody who enjoys implementing new processes)
  • Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support job scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring technicians alongside our dispatch administrator.
  • Provide reporting and compliance support to the Operations and Office Managers
  • Maintain accurate timesheets, notes, and job documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration
  • Xero expertise (essential)
  • Scheduling or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident with customers
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with job management systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, dependable team player committed to supporting business growth
