Join Australia's most iconic women's health, fitness & wellness brand – and help shape the future of Fernwood.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record in the health & fitness industry to take on the exciting new role of Assistant National Operations Manager.

Working under the National Operations Manager you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and member engagement across our 70+ clubs. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, high-impact position where you'll work closely with our franchisees and the National Support Office (NSO) team to ensure our systems, programs, and people are set up for success.


What you'll be doing
  • Lead and manage key operational projects, procedures, and resources
  • Support franchisees to improve profitability, performance, and member experience
  • Coordinate digital platform improvements
  • Drive training, compliance & operational excellence within the Fernwood network
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, IT, and senior leadership teams
  • Support implementation of the all programs within our Fernwood clubs

What you'll bring
  • Proven operations management experience in health & fitness (multi-site or national chains preferred)
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy, with POS and CRM system experience
  • High-level of attention to detail and outstanding service mentality
  • Passion for women's health, fitness, and wellbeing
