Ablepoint Australia is seeking 2–4 reliable and compassionate Support Workers in Charmhaven to support an NDIS participant with complex behavioural needs. We are looking for staff who are committed, flexible, and passionate about making a positive difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and daily living assistance
  • Deliver consistent behavioural and emotional support
  • Ensure participant safety, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the care team

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Previous experience with high-behaviour participants (preferred)
  • Flexibility for overnight and weekend shifts
