About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Brunnings Garden Products QLD in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers across the region. This is a full-time position based out of our Brendale office.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and actively promoting our range of quality garden products to potential customers

  • Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them find the perfect solutions for their needs

  • Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and presentations

  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

  • Providing regular updates and reporting on sales activities and pipeline

  • Collaborating with the wider sales and management team to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Several years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the garden or horticulture industry

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations

  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Passion for the garden and horticulture industry and a genuine interest in helping customers
