About the
role
The Group IVF Laboratory Policy and Process Lead plays a critical role
in maintaining and advancing high standards of risk management, compliance, and
operational integrity across all IVF laboratories within the Monash IVF Group.
This position ensures that laboratories operate in full compliance with
regulatory, accreditation, and internal quality standards while supporting a
culture of safety, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Working across multiple sites, the officer will drive consistency in
quality systems, lead proactive risk assessments, support audit readiness, and
enhance the group's reputation for safe and high-performing fertility care.
Are you
the ideal candidate for us?
- Tertiary
 qualification in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., reproductive science,
 laboratory science, biomedical science).
- Minimum
 5 years' experience in IVF or ART laboratories, with a strong understanding of
 clinical workflows.
- In-depth
 knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards (RTAC, NATA,
 NHMRC).
- Experience
 managing laboratory incidents, non-conformances, and audits.
- Excellent
 written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across
 all levels of the organisation.
- Prior
 experience in a multi-site or corporate IVF setting.
- Formal
 training or certification in risk management, auditing, or healthcare
 compliance.
- Familiarity
 with electronic witnessing systems and laboratory quality software platforms
