Our customer was established in Australia in 1901 and has grown exponentially in the last 100+ years and has location through out the country in various industries such as quarries, manufacturing and concrete proudly employing over 3700 employees in Australia and World Wide They partner with customers on projects that range from small and local to the biggest, most technically challenging infrastructure endeavors to build our cities and structures.

Based in Swanbank QLD, our customer is currently recruiting for team members to join their precast concrete facility in varying areas. With big things on the horizon for Brisbane - such as the Olympics - now is the time to come onboard. While they are looking for great skills and experience they are also in a position to offer training for those candidates who may not have industry experience if they were truly interested in becoming part of the family.

Production worker your daily responsibilities and activities are listed below but not limited to:

  • Adhering to provided production schedules
  • Assembly and Setting of large moulds ready for production using basic hand and power tools
  • Concrete pours (gantry crane operation)
  • Casting of products
  • Quality inspection and patching as required
  • Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

What We're Looking For:

  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Willing to attend a site tour and meet the client face to face
  • Ability to attend and pass a pre employment medical including D&A Testing
  • Forklift license
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
