Your opportunity

Lead the strategic growth of Anglicare's tenders and grants portfolio, supporting over $40 million in annual funding. We are seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Senior Tenders and Grants Manager to drive high-impact funding applications that expand our reach and deepen our community impact. With integrity and resilience, you will:

• Develop and manage systems for identifying and submitting tenders and grants.
• Lead cross-functional teams to produce compelling, evidence-based proposals.
• Strengthen relationships with funding bodies and philanthropic partners.
• Contribute to program evaluation and impact reporting frameworks.
• Support research and innovation projects that advance community outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership within the Business Development team and across Anglicare networks.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in tender and grant strategy, preferably in the community sector.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Excellent written communication tailored to government and philanthropic audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-informed decision-making.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Social Impact, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading successful tender and grant submissions.
• Experience working across complex organisational structures and with external partners.
• Strong understanding of funding landscapes in government and philanthropy.
