The Opportunity
This role will see you operate as a leader, enhancing your skills and capabilities and the reputation of WSP's Property and Buildings team. You will collaborate with talented and diverse professionals working on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.

Our Sydney team is working on small, medium and large projects across a range of sectors, though we have a national team approach to all our projects. This means you will work on projects across Australia, ensuring you gain a breadth of experience across a diverse range of projects and industries.
What You'll Do
- Work on iconic projects
- Manage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with clients
- Lead and deliver current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction in support of technical and commercial standards, and within time constraints and cost budgets
- Work in a varied, hands-on role with a leadership angle across design management, superintendency and site surveillance
- Delegate and supervise the work of junior engineers
- Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting
About You
- Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environment
- Well-versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector, e.g. commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions and infrastructure/roads
- Strong client relationship management and project management skills
- Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC, etc.)
- Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D (desirable but not essential)
- Drainage software experience preferred
