Directing a fleet of haul trucks, diggers and loaders, you're the heartbeat of a live mining operation.

This is the kind of role where your quick thinking and 'calm under pressure' approach keeps production on track.

And you'll be right at home if you've used Wenco, or Minestar. Those are the tools that keep the fleet humming here.

Working on an 8/6 roster, this position is open to Kalgoorlie residents or FIFO ex Perth.

  • 8/6 roster $65/HR
  • Opportunity to work with principal gold mining client
  • Potential ongoing work for suitable candidates

To be considered:

  • Hold at least 2 years previous experience in Mine Dispatch role
  • Have previous experience with Wenco - Modular and Minestar experience will also be considered
  • Have the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and well-developed communication skills
  • Confidence in making decisions with limited information and being able to adapt as needed
  • Open pit mining experience desirable
  • Hold a valid driver's licence
  • Have the ability to provide a cleared medical and drug/alcohol screen.
