We've got a few job opportunities available in our Front of House team across our venues in Maitland.

HJB Hospitality currently operates two well-established venues in the Maitland CBD — a seven day bar & bistro open from breakfast through to dinner, and a weekday office café. Together, our venues have been operating a combined total of 24 years.

We're looking for people who are passionate about great food, drinks service. The role may involve working across both venues, offering variety and the opportunity to develop a broad range of hospitality skills.​

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing fresh sandwiches, wraps, and salads

- Making and serving high-quality coffee

- Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly, timely manner

- Preparing and packing catering platters for our corporate clients

- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across all FOH areas

- Assisting with basic prep and restocking as needed

- Working in the bar, preparing & serving alcoholic beverages

We're looking for:

- Previous café, bar, or restaurant experience

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Reliability and flexibility to work across both venues

- Barista experience

- A valid RSA

There's plenty of room to grow, with opportunities to take on more responsibility across both venues for the right person.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $45.02 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
