About the roleReporting into the Dealer Principal, the Truck Sales Manager will have full responsibility for all truck sales business operations. Your goal is to take this already successful team to the next level whilst maintaining (and improving) the dealership's high customer service standards.

Required attributes, skills and experience- Proven sales management experience, ideally with heavy vehicles or a closely related sector (road transport, heavy equipment, agricultural machinery)
- Proven people management experience including hiring, mentoring, training and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective dialogue with all stakeholders including customers, staff, business partners, suppliers
- Proven financial and business acumen with a high level of computer skills and general technology know how
- Great lifestyle location (The employer will provide relocation assistance for the right person)
- An attractive remuneration package (OTE circa $160K pa)
