What will I be doing?
- Building relationships and driving engagement with Community Organisations, Educational Institutes, High Schools, Employers, and Young People.
- Responsible for increasing young people's success in finding work, returning to education and engaging with community services to address barriers.
- Reverse market and refer suitable young persons for all vacancies
- Source and negotiate referrals to community activities, services and programs for the benefit of participants
- Work with employers, at the point of offer for employment, in preparation for the young person to commence work
Who are you?
Skills And Experience We Look For Include
- Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
