We are looking for a passionate and driven
Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join the team of Sandra Heilmann on a full time basis in
Sydney, Australia
. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Australian market, with a focus on building relationships with key stakeholders, generating qualified leads, and supporting the overall sales pipeline.

This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate closely with the local Account, Marketing, and Delivery teams to build a strong, predictable pipeline of enterprise and mid-market Salesforce consulting opportunities. Based in
Sydney, Australia

What will your days look like?

  • Proactively identify, research and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine alignment with our Salesforce consulting services.
  • Develop tailored messaging and outreach strategies aligned with target industries (e.g., Financial Services, Communications, Media, Retail, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings and how they align with client needs.
  • Stay up to date with our evolving service offering and actively contribute to enhancing our service proposition based on the feedback from prospects/clients
  • Book qualified meetings and hand over sales-ready opportunities to the local Account team and contribute to achieving pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Develop account-based prospecting strategies targeting priority industries and verticals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns and content strategies for lead generation, and provide feedback on messaging effectiveness.
  • Establishes and proactively maintains strong, positive relationships with Salesforce.
  • Keep Salesforce CRM and sales tools up to date with accurate activity tracking, lead status, and opportunity notes.
  • Support the development of sales playbooks and outreach templates.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce product updates, partner programs, and industry trends.

What skills and experience will set you up for success?

  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, ideally within a Salesforce Partner, SaaS, or technology consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and consistently exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and how businesses leverage the platform.
  • Confident in engaging C-level and senior decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or in a remote/hybrid team environment.
  • Goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the Salesforce Partner ecosystem (e.g. Registered, Ridge, Crest, or Summit level).
  • Salesforce certifications (Associate, Administrator, or specific cloud certs).
  • Knowledge of the APAC Salesforce market, particularly in NSW and VIC.
  • Prior exposure to industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g. Financial Services Cloud, Communications or Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud or CPQ).
