Are you ready to do what you love? Are you passionate about Italian cuisine? Howard Smith Wharves are looking for talented culinary professional who specialise in Italian cuisine.

Howard Smith Wharves is where Brisbane comes to eat, drink, play, and stay. Set beneath the Story Bridge with unbeatable river views, we're home to buzzing bars, top-tier restaurants, iconic events, Felons Brewing Co., and the Crystalbrook Vincent hotel. We've transformed one of Brisbane's most historic spots into a vibrant riverside precinct, and we're just getting started.

What we are looking for:

  • Chefs at all levels – from Commis to Senior Sous
  • Experienced chefs skilled in making authentic pizzas and or freshly made in house pastas
  • A passion for Italian flavours, produce, and traditional techniques
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced kitchen environments
  • A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic
  • A desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic hospitality group
  • Availability to work across a flexible roster, including weekends.
  • Cookery qualification is highly desirable.
