We're Hiring: Personal Assistant (Casual)

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? We're looking for a Personal Assistant to support our team and ensure everything runs seamlessly. This casual role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.

Location: Northern Beaches

Role: Casual (2-3 days a week)

We are open to university students applying

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate emails and other correspondence
  • Assist with general administrative duties
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide professional support across multiple areas of the business
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Assist with planning and coordination of meetings, events, or projects
  • Coordinate email correspondence and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Source and organise supplies or services when needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
