About the Role: We're currently seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker who is ready to roll up their sleeves, build genuine relationships, and support someone awesome to live their best life.

About You: You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and mental health needs.
  • Are comfortable supporting someone who smokes.
  • Enjoy playing soccer (bonus points if you can teach a few tricks).
  • Love drawing, writing jokes, and sharing a good laugh.
  • Appreciate a nice cup of coffee and a friendly chat.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and assisting with community participation (think: fun outings and daily adventures).
  • Supporting daily living skills while keeping the environment safe, tidy, and uplifting.
  • Helping clients live independently and achieve their goals.
