This is a rewarding opportunity for empathetic support workers to assist individuals to reach their full potential. We are looking for support workers who have and not limited experience or lived experience working in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. The people we support have various intellectual, physical and high unusual behaviours.

Duties may include personal care, manual handling/hoisting, domestic duties, meal prep, medication administration in an unplanned or emergency situation. Staff induction, ongoing service training and support will be provided.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Industry experience or lived experience providing disability support
- Current driver’s license and registered vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills and smart phone
- Excellent availability and reliable
