With the launch of Eacon Mining Technology Australia Pty Ltd in December 2023 and with the significant milestones of 2024, we have not only established our new office in West Perth but have also expanded collaboration with our partners and clients. We are rapidly growing, and as such, we are looking for talented professionals to join our thriving team in Perth.

We are seeking an AHS Delivery Project Manager. This role is offered on a full-time basis and suits an experienced professional with at least 5-10 years' experience. The role will report to our Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities include:

Pre-Sales Support

  • Support Business Development (BD) stage by preparing project implementation plans.
  • Lead high-level schedule planning to align with client contracts and Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Develop site transition and deployment plans to ensure smooth resource and timeline alignment.

Detailed Planning & Delivery Assurance

  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project, covering milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Drive 3-month rolling plans and guide the team in preparing fortnightly rolling plans.
  • Coordinate travel plans, roster planning, and resource allocation to ensure delivery readiness.
  • Apply the RASIC framework within project plans to clarify responsibilities and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage delivery cadence and track execution progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality.

Risk & Execution Control

  • Establish and maintain risk management processes, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Act as the primary contact point with the client, managing risk communications, project meetings, and executive reporting.
  • Prepare clear and concise meeting minutes, ensuring action items, responsibilities, and timelines are documented and followed up.

Review & Knowledge Capture

  • Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
  • Develop and maintain a Project Execution Playbook to embed best practices and support future delivery.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5 plus years of project management experience, preferably in mining, autonomous systems, heavy equipment, or large-scale technology delivery.
  • Familiarity with autonomous driving technologies (hardware, software, integration, safety processes).
  • Strong understanding of mining operations and exposure to the mining value chain.
  • Hands-on deployment experience in mining, heavy equipment, or automation projects is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and other project management tools.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage risks and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel to mine sites regularly.
