AHS / MINE CONTROLLER

Protech are looking for experienced WA based AHS / Mine Controllers to perform work with our client, located in WA's Southwest on a 7/7 DIDO basis. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Pay Rate: $65/h - $70/h (Depending on experience)
  • Super paid on ALL hours
  • Paid for 12.5 hour per day (lunch break paid)
  • Temp to Perm Opportunity
  • Even time roster - 7:7 DIDO
  • South West region of Western Australia (approx hours from Perth)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) role.
  • Experience with Command Mine Star Fleet Management System
  • Meet mine plans & targets in regard to production & safety.
  • Liaise with Pit Builders, Coordinators & Supervisors to collaborate on trouble shooting, further planning, system optimization & solutions.
  • Gather information & diagnostics about stopped trucks & operational issues including locations, sensor readings, error messages, and any relevant details provided by the AHS system.
  • Determine the impact of the issue on operations, such as production delays or safety concerns.
  • Prioritize safety in all fleet operations to prevent accidents, injuries, and equipment damage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Valid Western Australian Manual Drivers Licence
  • Australian Work Rights
  • Minimum 1-2 years + experience in the role
  • Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol testing.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • Valid & contactable references
  • Strong understanding and adherence to OHS
