We are a well-established, high-end organisation in the beverage industry with a global footprint. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team who is eager to get hands-on experience.

This job will offer the right applicant an opportunity to learn and develop skills across a vast range of areas within the business. You do not need prior employment experience in a Marketing role, but you must have excellent attention to detail and a high-energy, positive attitude.

As a small but busy team, we operate on an "all in" approach where you will have an opportunity to do a little bit of everything and should always be keen to help wherever needed. We are seeking someone who stays highly organised, juggles multiple tasks, is excited by a fast-paced environment, learns on the go, speaks up when they need support, and happily runs out to an event to help a team member at a moment's notice.

This role is office-based, so all applicants must live in Sydney.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Email Marketing

  • Building and scheduling EDMs in Optimizely based on our annual calendar of campaigns, content and events, with guidance from our team on content and products.

Assisting and supporting our PR Agency

  • Coordinating media product loans with the Customer Service team.
  • Coordinating stock for influencer gifting and collaborations.

Website Maintenance

  • Updating the content on our six online stores , , and ) based on sales campaigns and promotions. These responsibilities could include adding new events, uploading assets for sales campaigns or creating landing pages.

Social Media

  • Using our scheduling platform to support our social media calendar.

  • Presenting and sharing featured media or product placement in stories for brand boosting.

  • Supporting collaborations and community management.

Supporting the Sales Team & our Customers

  • Updating product enrichment for third-party online stores
  • Providing content and brand images to Customers

Event Coordination

  • Administrative support with tastings and events, including ordering supplies, creating events in online ticketing platforms (such as Humanitix), using existing tools and templates to share new events across our website and social media.
  • May include on-site event set up after hours or on weekends.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Marketing, Communications or PR Degree or Certification
  • Experience in retail or a customer-facing role
  • Skill or familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Canva
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive and eager attitude to pitch into the team as required
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideal but not essential: experience or familiarity with email marketing software and website maintenance.

An immediate start is available for the right applicant.

Hours required: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

You will occasionally be required to work evenings or weekends.
