What you'll be doing

• Planning and adjusting daily service schedules
• Allocating jobs based on priority, location and skillset
• Monitoring workflow and responding to scheduling changes
• Communicating with customers and technicians regarding updates and timing
• Maintaining accurate job records, data, and compliance documentation
• Supporting reporting, service processes and operational improvements

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in scheduling, service planning or workforce coordination
• Backgrounds that translate well include: service-based businesses, trades or building services coordination, manufacturing or supply chain planning, field services or construction support
• Highly desirable systems experience: SAP, Salesforce and Excel
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Availability to start Monday 15/12/2025
