The Role

Working closely with our lawyers, your role will involve:

• Preparing legal documents, forms, and correspondence (under solicitor direction)
• Assisting with drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Applications for Probate/Letters of Administration, and family law forms
• Managing client files, court filing, and timelines
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
• Providing crucial administrative and procedural support across matters

Who This Role Would Suit

• An experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• An admitted Solicitor not seeking to practise as a lawyer but keen to stay close to legal work
• Someone who thrives on structure, organisation, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes
• A great communicator who is empathetic, discreet, and detail-focused
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with legal practice software
